Hani Moustafa is a photographer and a teaching artist based in Chicago since 2014. He got his MFA from Transart Institute in 2013, and taught photography to students of different ages in US, Egypt, and Jamaica. He uses photography as a magnet to teach his students core values, like: care, respect, and creativity within limited resources. He helps his students to showcase their work in his solo exhibitions between 2016-2018. In 2019, his high school students showcased their work at the Museum of Contemporary Photography in Chicago. Their work covered issues like: immigration, identity, and cultural diversity.
